Terms of Service, Disclaimer and Privacy

Effective 4 November 2026

In plain words:

• DrawLens is built on mathematics. It measures 20 statistical patterns across the last 100 EuroMillions draws, main numbers and Lucky Stars, and eliminates the combinations that fall outside those patterns, leaving you a smaller, ranked shortlist.

• The lottery itself is random. Every combination has the same chance in every draw, so the maths helps you choose your numbers. It cannot know or control which numbers will be drawn, and no result is guaranteed.

• System 6 to 10 gives more chances to match because it plays more lines, and more lines means more entries to pay for.

• What you play and how much you spend is always your choice. Please gamble responsibly and only spend what you can afford. You must be 18 or over.

• No refunds, but you can cancel any time and stay a member until the end of your billing period.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and DrawLens ("DrawLens", "we", "us") for use of the DrawLens website, members area and software (the "Service"). By subscribing, logging in or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What DrawLens is and is not

DrawLens is a number-selection and statistics tool. It applies mathematical filters to past EuroMillions results to remove and rank combinations of numbers according to settings you choose.

DrawLens does not sell lottery tickets, accept bets or stakes, pay prizes, run a lottery, or operate any form of gambling. We do not buy entries on your behalf. DrawLens is independent and is not affiliated with, authorised, approved or endorsed by EuroMillions, any national lottery or any lottery operator. "EuroMillions" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which draws the software analyses.

3. How the maths works, and its limits

DrawLens applies mathematical filters (such as standard deviations, gap ratios, sums, decade spread and odd/even balance) to past results. It eliminates the combinations whose patterns rarely or never appeared among recent winning draws, and ranks the rest by how closely they fit the patterns that appeared most often. The same method is applied to the Lucky Stars.

This narrows down which numbers you choose from. It does not change how the lottery works: draws are random, every combination has exactly the same probability in every draw, and past results do not influence future ones. Terms such as "top pick", "best line", "cluster fit" and "score" describe how a combination compares with past patterns. They are not forecasts of future draws.

Where we say a System 6 to System 10 gives "more chances to match", we mean a larger system plays more lines, so it covers more combinations and costs more to enter. The chance of any single line is unchanged.

Because the draw is random, we cannot promise that using DrawLens will lead to any win, prize or return. Examples, screenshots and sample lines on our website are illustrations only.

4. Not advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, gambling, legal or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy any lottery entry. You alone decide whether to play, which numbers to play and how much to spend. You are solely responsible for those decisions and for any money you spend.

5. Who can use DrawLens

You must be 18 years or older, or the minimum legal age to play lotteries where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and playing any lottery, is lawful where you live. Do not use the Service where it is not lawful. Each membership is for one person only; do not share your login.

6. Membership and payment

Membership is a monthly subscription, currently €50 per month, billed in advance by our payment provider, Stripe, and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to your membership, and you can cancel before it does. Access is provided to the email address used at checkout.

7. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time using the "manage my membership" link on our website, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you remain a member with full access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for part months, unused time or a change of mind, except where the law requires it. By starting your membership you ask for immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that, where the law allows, any right to withdraw ends once access has begun.

8. Data accuracy and availability

Draw results are collected from public sources and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always check results with the official lottery operator. We do our best to keep the Service accurate and running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features at any time; if we permanently close the Service we will stop billing you.

9. Our responsibility to you

We take care to make DrawLens accurate and reliable. Because lottery results are random and the choice to play is always yours, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms removes any right that the law does not allow to be removed.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal use, to keep your login private, and to gamble responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for, and to cover, any loss we suffer because you misuse the Service, share or resell access, or break these terms.

11. Copyright, licence and enforcement

© DrawLens. All rights reserved. The DrawLens software, its filters and ranking method, code, design, text, graphics, screenshots and compiled data are original works protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

While your membership is paid, you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own number selection. You must not copy, download, record, share, publish, resell, sublicense, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or imitate the Service, its code, settings, method or results, share your login with anyone, or use any of it to build a competing product or service.

We actively protect our work. Any unauthorised use is a breach of these terms and an infringement of our rights. If it happens, we will close the account involved immediately and without refund, and we will take legal action to stop it and to recover damages, costs and any profits made from it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your membership: the email address you join with, and the subscription details Stripe shares with us (such as whether your subscription is active). Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your full card number. Login codes are sent by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Settings you change in the engine are stored only in your own browser. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We keep your email for as long as you are a member and as needed for our records afterwards. You can ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the website before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, you can cancel.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where DrawLens is operated. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections you may have where you live.

15. Gamble responsibly

DrawLens is a tool to help you choose numbers, not a way to make money. Play for enjoyment, set yourself a budget, never chase losses, and only spend what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, please contact a gambling support service in your country. In the UK you can call the National Gambling Helpline (GamCare) on 0808 8020 133, and in Ireland you can visit problemgambling.ie.
