Terms and privacy

These terms apply to the DrawLens provided by Your Business Name ("we"). By joining you agree to them.

1. What the product is

A statistics tool that filters and ranks 5-number combinations using patterns from past draws. Lottery draws are random. The tool does not predict results, does not improve your chances of winning, and is not advice. Every combination has the same odds. Use it for interest and entertainment only.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. Each membership is for one person. Do not share your login.

3. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the tool while your membership is paid. You may not copy, share, publish, resell or reverse-engineer the tool, its code or its settings. All rights are reserved.

4. Payment and cancelling

Membership is billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing your.business.email@example.com; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. No guarantee of results

We do our best to keep draw data accurate and the tool working, but we do not promise it will be error-free or available at all times. We are not responsible for any money you spend on lottery entries.

6. Privacy

We keep the email address you join with, so we can give you access and contact you about your membership. Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your card number. Login codes are sent by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Settings you change in the tool are saved only in your own browser. We do not sell your details. Email us to ask what we hold or to have it deleted.

7. Not affiliated

This tool is independent and is not connected to, approved by or endorsed by any lottery operator.
